  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • All payment must be received within 14 days of invoice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
  • A refund less 50% levied for cancellations will be made for cancellations in writing 4 weeks before the event, or alternatively you may nominate a substitute.
  • No refund for cancellations made with less than 4 weeks written notice.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to change event dates, venue or programme as it deem necessary, and no refunds or part refunds will be made
