Submission(s) must be original and should not have been previously accepted for publication in a journal , presented in another conference or be under review at another conference. Submission that have a commercial interest, or a merely outlines of intent or submission that do not conform to the guidelines will not be entered into the review process.

Submission(s) should be written in English and must contain title, author(s), name(s), affilation, address, telephone & fax numbers and email address.

The Technical Programme Committee makes the final decision on the selection of presentations at the conference. Only short listed presenters will be notified by email/fax. Selected presenters required to submit their bio data of not more than 150 words.

At least one authors of each selected paper must register and attend the conference to present the paper. Authors must meet their own expenses to attend the conference, including the registration fee.
